Situated on a 4.7-acre brownfield site on the outskirts of town, Homewood Grove will consist of 116 one, two and three-bed apartments, ranging from 700 sq. ft to 1,200 sq. ft. Willmott Dixon has been appointed to complete the £43 million construction, which officially launches off plan in Spring 2023. The first show home will be available in Autumn 2023 and the first residents are expected to move in by Spring 2024.
Homewood Grove will be home to several state-of-the-art amenities to encourage residents to lead an active lifestyle. Facilities will include a well-being centre (pool, steam room and sauna), gym, dance studio, bistro and bar complete with a coffee shop, a cinema room, and a hair and beauty salon.
The community will be staffed 24/7, and each home will be fitted with electronic tablets to receive updates on activities and social clubs at the village and to request emergency assistance if required.
Homewood Grove is conveniently located close to the historic market town of Chertsey with its abundance of shops, restaurants and attractions, and is very well connected with easy access to the M25, as well as excellent rail links into central London, just under an hour away. There will also be direct pedestrian access to neighbouring Homewood Park, which offers 23 hectares of nature trails, pathways, cycle routes and horse trails. Renowned Foxhills Country Club, with its two golf courses and facilities next door.
As with previous developments, Rangeford Villages has financial backing from Octopus Real Estate. Part of the Octopus Group and a leading investor in healthcare facilities throughout the UK and Ireland. Once completed, Homewood Grove will be operated by Rangeford.
The established partnership between Rangeford and Octopus Real Estate has already led to the creation of three villages across the UK, Wadswick Green in Wiltshire, Mickle Hill in North Yorkshire, and Siddington Park in Cirencester.
